Crew Replacements : Binh Ba

Can anyone help me re the names of those who came forward on 6 June 1969 and replaced the crewmen from the Composite Troop who were wounded in Binh Ba. The only name I have at the moment is Chris Sweeney (replacement for Brian Sullivan).

g' day bruce, i ken johnson replaced gunner paul pobar on 20 vehicle, cc dave ritchie, i dont remember the reason, i was with this crew for a week or so
