Can anyone translate the following:

CHiEN LOI DHAM.
DO LUC LUONG ViET UC TiCH THAU.
CHA (or CUA) VIET CONG TAI Binh BA Duc Thanh

I've been advised that the meaning is:

"These items were captured from the Viet Cong enemy by the Vietnamese and Australian forces at Binh Ba in Duc Thanh."

This makes sense as the writing was on banners attached to a float displaying weapons captured after Binh Ba.
